I got into the whole sports thing when I started skiing at 21/2. My mother was a ski racer and pro windsurfer and I followed in her footsteps – competing in Extreme skiing and snowboarding and windsurfing in the off season.

IMG_3531Greg Bertish is an awesome Waterman. Three times winner of the Coreban Summer Series, One time winner of the Naish Primi Series. He is one of the pioneers of SUPing in South Africa and is still on the forefront of SUP development.

 
Q&A with Chris and Jono E-mail

Q&AJono Rosslind and Chris Bertish are two of the most influential riders we have in South Africa. Jono with his elegant longboard style, smooth 360’s and nose riding innovations. Chris with his shortboard approach, vertical turns, big off-the-lips, big turns, and big waves.

These two riders represent the different styles and approaches to the SUP Surfing scene and both have some serious accolades under their belts making them the top two riders in the country.
