What were you doing when you were 12-years old? Probably not paddling across the 32-mile Kaiwi channel, right? Rigg Napolean was the youngest of a new breed of watermen, including Connor Baxter & Zane Schweitzer who are taking up the sport in their teens (or twelves). Could this be the next Laird Hamilton?

Stephane Etienne and Nicole Boronat recently accoumplish the first Sup crossing between the islands of Lanzarote to Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands.
They started at Pta Pechiguera at the south point of Lanzarote. The North wind blew about 20knots providing them with some good runners on their 14' Naish Glides. After about a km the wind dropped and the paddling became more difficult with swells coming from two angles with a strong current. The pair reached the Harbour wall at Corralejo after 3h of paddling to complete a distance of 14km.
