The Javelin 14' has been thrown our way E-mail

14' GlideThe long awaited arrival of the latest flat water race SUP boards are due to be delivered to the Naish Warehouse in Cape Town this week! The Javelin 14' is the first of the 2 flat water boards from Naish. These boards have been doing really well in overseas events and it will be interesting to go head to head with it's downwind brother, the 14' Glide!

Verlorens Vlei, Elands Bay, Saturday 5 June
 
The Surfers Call held a protest paddle on the weekend at the vlei that flows into Elands to resist an application to prospect for Tungsten. If the application is approved it will mean five years of prospecting near the Verloren Vlei, and possibly lead to a massive open-cast mine in the valley.
