Starboard Rush 7'4" E-mail

The Starboard Rush stand up surf board is getting a lot of buzz and being touted as the mini-whopper as it is seen as a shorter version of the extremely popular Starboard Whopper stand up paddle board.

The Whopper was a wide board (10′ x 34″) which bucked the narrowing width trend and became Starboard’s best selling board. The new Rush is ultra-short at 7′4″ but it is 32″ wide which gives it great stability while maintaining fantastic surfing maneuverability. It looks like Starboard may have another winner with this paddle board.

* Length: 7’4″ – 223,5cm
* Width: 32″ – 81,3cm
* Thickness: 3.9″ – 10cm
* Volume 121 Liters
* Thruster – 190cm Center Fin, M4.7″ Side Fins
* Available in: Black Camo, Candy and BlueTouch

Here’s a video from GaGaProducciones of Steve from Standup Journal magazine test riding the new Starboard Rush. Steve is 6′4″ 235lbs.
