Fly the flag for RSA, that I can do and will always, but Quarter's finals, holy smokes, we'll just see how it goes!
I arrived the day before the trials in the evening, straight to the Naniloa Hotel, right on the water in Hilo. I went and jumped in the pool and trained for a bit, before settling in, catching up on work and getting my board and equipment sorted for opening Ceremony and ready for action in the morning..and so it begins!

Its been a crazy two weeks..

I left from RSA after the Charity fundraiser on the 27th Nov, straight to the Mavericks Opening ceremony, then the Eddie opening Ceremony, 
trying to tie up business, photoshoot's, etc  while trying to stay fit, swimming, training and trying to keep up with up with work back home...it wasn't a pretty exit from the SA shores, rushed and manic would be a good description.

There's definitely something about Hawaii though, that's pretty damn special and unique..
